BT Cloud Voice order form from Netify

This order form can be used to order BT Cloud Voice services. Please use our WhatsApp chat if you have any questions relating to your order. Remember to order Broadband or BTnet leased line services separately.

1. I have clearly explained the installation and monthly fees to the customer and clarified that pricing excludes VAT. 2. I have explained the contract term to the customer. 3. I have informed the customer about the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases. 4. I have call recordings of this sale. 5. I have confirmed that the customer understands their order is being processed by an Authorised Supplier for BT. 6. I have informed the customer that they need to answer their mobile during the installation process. 7. I have advised the customer that standard pricing will apply at the end of their contract.
*Re-signs must be a 1-to-1 re-sign of the customer's existing service, any changes to the service are considered an Upgrade/Modify.

IMPORTANT: Please ask the customer to check their email (including their junk folder) for communications from BT Business.
IMPORTANT: Please provide the customer's main landline number that is currently in use. This is required as BT may need to arrange a site visit to facilitate the implementation of the customer's Cloud Voice order.

Please note: The "Access" refers to the Broadband that the Cloud Voice service will use for Internet access. Please ensure the customer has suitable access and that the service's location corresponds with the Cloud Voice Installation site. If no suitable access is available at the site where the CV service is to be installed, please place a separate Broadband order on the portal and request "New Install" for the above. IMPORTANT - If the customer is to use a Third-party broadband access, this must undergo an OTT Test to ensure there are sufficient speeds to support Cloud Voice. Once completed please advise the Netify admin team for further instructions. A OTT Test can be requested here: www.bt.com/btcloudvoice/networkassessment
The access ID is the service ID for the Broadband to be used as the access. If an existing BT Broadband customer please refer to the customer's pre-check data to find the service ID of the Broadband if it is to be used as the Cloud Voice Access.
User Feature Packs (UFPs) are additional features that can be applied to each of the customer's licences to enhance the functionality of their Cloud Voice service. Please refer to the toolkit or contact our BT Cloud Voice Specialist for further details. Please select any additional features sold to the customer. Please note: Some features may require an additional Number (GEO) to function and will incur an additional port charge.
If the customer has an IT Team capable of setting up and configuring the Cloud Voice Service in-house, they may wish to Self-configure the service. If the customer does not have access to this capability, it is highly recommended that they select "No" for the above. BT will configure the system for the customer, though this will incur an additional charge of £10 per licence to be configured.
Please Note: All BTCV Yealink T43U, T46U, T48U, T54W, T31G, and BT CV Poly Trio 8300 handsets require a Power Supply Unit (PSU). These are also available on loan for the Yealink devices. However, the BT CV Poly Trio 8300 PSU incur an additional charge of £75.
For an Engineer Install, a BT Engineer will visit the customer's site to set up the phones requested by the customer.
A Port Charge is a £0.50p charge applied to each new number ordered or any numbers ported to the Cloud Voice service.
Important: You must ask your customer if they have any current phone number(s) with their existing BT or competitor account that they wish to use with their new Cloud Voice service.

IMPORTANT: Soft Skills and Business skills training are only available to customers who are also taking ITEL CV Training on a one, three, or five-year package.
IMPORTANT - Discounts are available up to a maximum of 15%. Any further discounts must be submitted by DA to the BT Cloud Voice Specialist for approval.
IMPORTANT - BT CV Lite is a discount of £6 per month for Connect or Collaborate licences. CV Lite discounts are available for new customers only. Orders must be on a 5-year term and for a minimum of 5 licences. A CV Lite bundle is the combination of Basic/Connect licence and Unlimited UK Calls.
