Clear answers.
Confident next steps.
Who can apply to resell BT Business through Netify?
MSPs, IT consultancies, telecom providers and other business-to-business sellers can apply. Netify reviews your legal entity, business model and supporting information against the current programme requirements and confirms the applicable route. The application asks for a contact phone number and active business website.
How much commission do you pay?
Netify publishes indicative commission bands. Exact rates, qualifying orders and payment conditions are confirmed in writing during application review before you make a commitment.
Which commercial terms are confirmed before commitment?
Netify confirms eligibility, the relevant products, current rates, fees and payment terms in writing before commitment. Published programme guidance and calculator examples are indicative rather than binding quotes.
Do I need to be a direct BT partner?
The application is for a reseller route through Netify, which is a BT Authorised Partner. Netify confirms the relationship, responsibilities and applicable agreements during its review.
Is there a minimum spend or sales target?
For BT Business Broadband and BT Cloud Voice, Netify publishes no joining fee, minimum spend or sales target. Eligibility, applicable rates, fees and payment terms are confirmed in writing before commitment.
How long does onboarding take?
There is no guaranteed public completion time. The sequence can include Netify review, BT nomination, compliance checks and activation, and timing depends on the application and third-party checks. Netify confirms the expected next step after review.
