How to read the numbers
The commission-each column is what one sale pays upfront at your assumed rate. A 36 month FTTP contract at £45 a month has a sales order value of £1,620; at an assumed 12% that is £194 paid on install. BTnet works on the first-year value, so a £350 a month circuit has a commission basis of £4,200 regardless of a 3 or 5 year term. Change the assumptions until the scenario matches your pipeline, then request the rate card and rerun it with the real numbers.
