BT evidence record 2.17

Confirmed migration/onboarding commitments (updates/resolves 2.2 gap)

What BT Specifically Provides (The 'On Top' Layer) | Confirmed | Last verified 2026-08-30

Evidence finding

Pre deployment readiness assessments, hardware provisioning and logistics, phased migration billed as zero cutover risk, free training, and staff onboarding through a dedicated delivery and transformation service all form part of BT's migration commitments. That zero cutover risk language is a marketing claim rather than a numeric guarantee, though it is still the most detailed public commitment on migration methodology we have found for this product. It falls short of an actual technical runbook, so buyers should ask for one directly during procurement.

What the buyer should do

Require a phased migration plan, acceptance tests, rollback responsibilities and expected disruption.

This procurement action is Netify guidance. The evidence finding above remains Harry Yelland's sourced research.
