Common questions before applying
- Who can apply to resell BT Business through Netify?
- Any UK Limited company already selling to SME or mid-market businesses: MSPs, IT consultancies, telecom resellers, telemarketing agencies, point-of-sale companies, energy brokers and similar. Eligibility requires UK Limited status, an active website on a custom domain with business email on that domain, and a physical workspace fit for compliance audit.
- How much commission do you pay?
- 21% upfront on the full sales order value of most new BT broadband contracts, paid on install across 36 and 60 month terms. Bundled Cloud Voice Express adds 21% on the voice SOV. Lower rates apply to Essential SOGEA 76 (10.5%) and resign or upgrade scenarios (5.25% to 11.9%). Full rate card shared at enrolment.
- Do I need to be a direct BT partner?
- No. Netify holds the BT Authorised Partner contract. You join as an Authorised Supplier under Netify, with no direct contractual relationship with BT and no need to meet the BT direct-partner volume thresholds (typically £1m or more in annual spend for the direct route).
- Is there a minimum spend or sales target?
- No. No joining fee, no monthly minimum, no sales quota. Sell one BT broadband contract a quarter or fifty a month, the partner agreement is the same and the commission rate is the same.
- How long does onboarding take?
- Two to four weeks for the Netify Authorised Supplier route. The longest typical steps are BT nomination (director background checks) and the calling-facility audit. You can quote and present BT propositions from day one; you can only sign and bank commission once onboarding is signed off.
