What happens after you apply

  1. Apply

Once you submit the form above, a Netify partner manager replies within one working day. They walk through the BT programme, check eligibility (UK Limited company, custom-domain business email, physical workspace for compliance audit), and answer any questions before anything gets signed.

  2. Onboard

Roughly two to four weeks. The main steps are contract signing, BT nomination (director background checks), calling-facility audit and partner portal setup. Netify handles the BT-facing paperwork, so your job during this phase is mostly to close deals while we get the admin sorted.

  3. Earn

21% upfront commission on install, on the first-year sales-order-value of each new BT broadband contract. Bundle in Cloud Voice Express and there's an additional 21% on the voice SOV on top. Full rate card shared at enrolment, happy to walk through it before you commit.

Common questions before applying

Who can apply to resell BT Business through Netify?
Any UK Limited company already selling to businesses. We typically see MSPs, IT consultancies, telecom resellers, telemarketing agencies, point-of-sale companies and energy brokers join the programme. You need UK Limited status, a website on a custom domain with a matching business email, and a physical workspace that can pass a compliance audit.
How much commission do you pay?
21% upfront on the first-year sales-order-value of most new BT broadband contracts, paid on install across 36 and 60 month terms. The one product that sits outside that is Essential SOGEA 76, which pays 10.5% rather than 21% (it's the entry-level product, so that's roughly what you'd expect). Bundled Cloud Voice Express adds a separate 21% on its own SOV. Resign and upgrade scenarios pay differently again (5.25% to 11.9% depending on what's happening), with the full schedule shared at enrolment.
Do I need to be a direct BT partner?
No, and for most resellers this is actually the point of coming through us. Netify holds the BT Authorised Partner contract. You join as an Authorised Supplier underneath that, with no direct contractual relationship with BT and none of the volume thresholds that go with the direct route (typically £1m or more in annual spend, which rules out most of the businesses we work with). It's a simpler entry into the BT channel.
Is there a minimum spend or sales target?
No, and this is one of the things that makes the programme worth a look. No joining fee, no monthly minimum, no sales quota. Whether you sell one BT broadband contract a quarter or fifty a month, the partner agreement is the same and the commission rate is the same.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding typically takes two to four weeks. The range is almost entirely down to BT nomination timing and the calling-facility audit rather than anything on our side. You can quote and present BT propositions from day one; the restriction is that you can't sign contracts or bank commission until onboarding is fully signed off, so it's worth getting the form in sooner rather than later if you have deals in the pipeline.
