UPDATE: BT's current SASE page now publishes explicit migration/onboarding commitments: pre-deployment readiness assessments, hardware provisioning and logistics, 'phased migration with zero cutover risk' (marketing claim, not a numeric guarantee), Day 1 operational handover, and staff training/change management. See new item 2.17 for full detail - this resolves the original gap at a marketing-commitment level, though a detailed technical runbook is still not public.
