BT's live SD-WAN product page carries a named, attributed customer quote: Martyn Coleman, IT Business Partner at FRC Group, states: 'As a not for profit, moving from a self managed WAN to a BT Managed SD-WAN felt like we expanded our IT team. We can now call upon the expert technical resources as and when we need them.' FRC Group is a UK social enterprise/not-for-profit group (parent of British Heart Foundation's furniture and electrical retail operations). This is the strongest single piece of independently-attributable, named customer evidence found in this entire research pass, and directly supports the case that BT's SD-WAN is genuinely used by leaner-IT-team, not-for-profit/third-sector organisations, not just large multinationals.
