CONFIRMED - resolves the previous total gap. 'A UK University case study: partnering with BT Managed Security Services' (20 September 2023) - the university is not named in the published case study. Following a market testing process, BT was selected to implement Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM) for 24/7 proactive security monitoring, live in 3 months from mobilisation to go-live, monitored by BT's Security Operations Centre (SOC) analysts. The university subsequently extended the contract from one year to three years and expanded scope. Anonymous quote attributed to 'Head of Security Team'. Not SD-WAN/SASE-specific - this is a managed security services case study - but it is genuine, sourced, real BT-education-sector evidence where none existed before.
