Two confirmed analyst data points: (1) Gartner Magic Quadrant for Global WAN Services - BT named a Leader for 20 consecutive years as of the 2024 report (and again in the 2026 report), placed furthest for 'Completeness of Vision' in 2024. (2) ISG Provider Lens 2024 (UK) - BT named a Leader across all four evaluated quadrants for SD-WAN/SASE/edge/SDN transformation services. No specific Gartner Peer Insights customer review score for BT (as opposed to the underlying vendors like Fortinet) was found - Gartner Peer Insights for SD-WAN evaluates technology vendors (Fortinet, Cisco, etc.), not MSPs like BT, so this may not exist as a comparable data point.
