No controversies specific to BT's enterprise SD-WAN/SASE service were found. General BT/BT Business reputation context (consumer/broadband, NOT enterprise SD-WAN): BT has repeatedly ranked among the most-complained-about UK broadband providers in Ofcom's quarterly reporting across multiple years (2013, 2016, and others), and a nationwide BT broadband outage was reported by The Register in Feb 2016 with over 12,000 DownDetector reports, affecting some managed service providers' monitoring platforms. These are general BT/consumer-broadband reputation data points, not evidence about the SD-WAN/SASE enterprise product's reliability.
