A third-party AI assistant (Google Gemini) was separately asked to research the same gaps in this databank and returned several specific claims. Direct verification against BT's own case study pages found: the Rexel Germany claim (31 branches, 4 logistics centres, 300,000 components, 20% cost cut) was CONFIRMED IN FULL and even more precisely sourced than this databank's own earlier entry. The Orica claim (MPLS to full SD-WAN, ZTNA, firewalls, SWG, DDoS) was CONFIRMED IN FULL. The pricing/SLA/migration-timeline 'confirmed absence' claims were CONSISTENT with this databank's independent findings. However, the Ixom claim (Agile Connect/Nuage technology, Azure Virtual WAN, 45 sites in 16 countries, 25% cost cut) COULD NOT BE VERIFIED - no case study, press release, or any source repeating these figures was found anywhere, despite the same search effort that successfully found and confirmed the Rexel and Orica claims. This is logged as a caution: even when a research assistant's claims are mostly accurate and well-sourced, individual specific claims can still be fabricated and should be checked one at a time rather than trusted as a batch.
