Methodology and boundaries
Anonymous events from completed self-directed readiness assessments on the Netify BT Business reseller page. Percentages use completed assessments as the denominator and are rounded to the nearest whole percentage point.
No names, email addresses, company names, websites, Companies House numbers or free-text answers are included. Results are withheld until at least 10 assessments exist, and categories with fewer than 3 observations remain suppressed.
- These are self-directed readiness assessments, not verified reseller applications or BT approval decisions.
- One assessment can contribute more than one review point, so review-point percentages do not total 100 per cent.
- The figures describe use of this Netify tool and are not representative of every UK reseller applicant.
