Provider evidence
Virgin Media O2 Business
Virgin Media O2 (VMO2) is itself a 50/50 joint venture between Liberty Global and Telefónica, formed in June 2021 from the merger of Virgin Media UK and O2 UK. On 12 May 2025, VMO2 announced it would combine substantially all of its direct business-to-business operations - including Virgin Media O2 Business - with Daisy Group, a long-established, independent UK B2B communications and IT provider founded in 2001.

UK review update (supersedes earlier UK-region qualification): The published business terms name Virgin Media Business Limited and include SD-WAN and UK managed IPVPN schedules. This is evidence of a UK contracting entity, not confirmation of a specific estate, Irish availability, response commitment or the entity used for a separate O2 service.
