Netify Managed SD-WAN Provider Evaluation (2026.1)

Schema used to evaluate managed SD-WAN providers as distinct from direct vendors. MSP scores reflect operating capability, not product depth. Use this artefact whenever the buyer is procuring SD-WAN through a managed service rather than directly from a vendor.

How to apply the schema

  • Score each evaluation area on the same 0 to 10 scale used by the main scoring model.
  • Apply the evidence multiplier from the scoring model. MSP claims about operating capability should be supported by named references and quantified outcomes.
  • Use the buyer question bank in the service delivery and evidence sections to gather the underlying answers.
  • Treat any of the listed red flags as a reason to ask follow-up questions before signing.
