Can you resell BT Hosted VoIP?

Yes. Netify is an Authorised Partner of BT. Apply to become an Authorised Reseller of BT and earn upfront commissions on BT Cloud Voice Express, BT Cloud Voice and BT Teams Voice. Netify is a Hosted VoIP Reseller because Netify resells BT Cloud Voice and BT Teams Voice.

IT companies, MSPs, telecom providers, connectivity partners and telemarketing agencies looking to add hosted VoIP to a reseller portfolio are the natural fit. The dealer and commission model has a low barrier to entry with no infrastructure investment required.

Commissions for Reselling BT Hosted VoIP are 21 per cent paid on install across sales order value across 36 and 60 month contracts. No joining fees. Zero minimum sales targets. Upgrades, re-signs and new business are all in scope.

What is included in BT Hosted VoIP?

Three products. BT Cloud Voice Express is a digital phone line for small businesses bundled with BT fibre broadband, up to four lines per site. BT Cloud Voice is a full hosted phone system for 5 to 250+ users with three licence tiers and Cisco Webex on the upper tiers. BT Teams Voice adds PSTN calling to Microsoft Teams.

BT Cloud Voice Express keeps the customer phone number for life over IP, supports up to four lines per site, includes a mobile app, voicemail-to-text, call divert and caller display, and ships self-install plug-and-play. Available only bundled with BT fibre broadband on SOGEA or FTTP.

BT Cloud Voice runs standalone on BT broadband or BTnet. Three licence tiers: Basic, Connect, Collaborate. Basic covers hunt groups, automatic call routing, call forward and call transfer. Connect adds three-way calling, voicemail to email and Cisco Webex with 40-minute meetings for up to 100 participants. Collaborate adds full Cisco Webex with 24-hour meeting duration, Webex AI Assistant, dial-in number, real-time transcription and closed captions.

BT Teams Voice adds PSTN calling to Microsoft Teams. The customer needs three subscriptions: a Microsoft 365 Business subscription (Basic, Standard or Premium), a Microsoft Teams Phone subscription (included with E5), and the BT Teams Voice subscription that connects the customer to the PSTN. Resellers benefit from positioning Teams Phone and BT Teams Voice as the upsell for customers already on Microsoft 365.

Cloud Voice Express or Cloud Voice, which variant should a reseller pitch?

Cloud Voice Express for customers with simple voice needs converting from PSTN or Featureline Compact, up to four lines, bundled with SOGEA or FTTP. Cloud Voice for 5 to 250+ users with moderate to advanced voice needs, standalone on BT broadband or BTnet. BT Teams Voice for customers already on Microsoft Teams who need PSTN calling inside Teams.

Cloud Voice has three licence tiers, Cisco Webex on the upper two tiers, call recording, hot desking and CRM integration. It is the right answer when the customer needs a real phone system, not just a line.

BT Teams Voice avoids a separate phone-system rollout for customers standardised on Microsoft 365 and Teams. The reseller does not have to compete with Teams, they extend it. Resellers can cover both traditional hosted VoIP and Teams-native voice under the same BT programme.

Why choose Netify over BT Wholesale direct?

BT Wholesale direct reseller programme typically requires minimum spend commitments often exceeding £250,000 annually. The Netify BT Reseller Programme provides access to BT Hosted VoIP, BT SD-WAN, BT SASE, BT Business Broadband and BTnet Leased Lines with no minimum spend, no targets and upfront commissions.

BT designs, delivers, bills and supports every service sold through the Netify route. The reseller focuses on selling and on the renewal and upgrade relationship. The same Authorised Reseller agreement covers BT Hosted VoIP plus the wider BT Business portfolio, so adjacent connectivity (broadband and BTnet) is in scope from day one.

How does the BT Hosted VoIP reseller model work?

A dealer and commission model. Netify onboards you as a BT Authorised Reseller through the Netify Partner Portal. You introduce and sell BT Cloud Voice Express, BT Cloud Voice and BT Teams Voice. BT designs the solution, delivers the hosted platform, bills the customer and runs ongoing support from a UK-based desk. You earn upfront commissions on install.

The programme supports new business, upgrades and re-signs across the full BT Hosted VoIP portfolio. Resellers can also add the BT Business Broadband reseller programme to package SOGEA, FTTP and leased line connectivity alongside hosted voice on a single partner contract.

Commissions for Reselling BT Hosted VoIP are 21 per cent paid on install across sales order value across 36 and 60 month contracts. The programme supports Cloud Voice add-ons (Auto Attendant, Call Centre ACD, Webex Premium, Call Recording, CRM integrator), Yealink and Poly IP handsets, Yealink W73P DECT, Poly Trio 8300 and Yealink CP925 conference phones, ATAs for analogue devices, and Call Analytics packages (Insight, Report, Report Premier).
