White label VoIP reselling, and why this programme is not that
The Netify BT reseller programme is not a white label programme, and it is worth being plain about that before you read any further. Your customers sign a BT contract, receive a BT bill and call BT support. You are the commercial relationship: you introduce, you advise, you sell, and you are paid upfront commission on install.
White label is the right answer for a specific kind of business. If you need your own brand on the invoice, control of the retail price and ownership of the margin, then a wholesale white label VoIP platform is what you are looking for, and this programme is not it. Be clear about what that route costs before choosing it. You become the communications provider of record, which means running a billing and provisioning platform, carrying collections and bad debt, staffing a support desk that answers when a customer’s phones stop working, and taking on the regulatory responsibilities that come with providing voice services in the UK, including Ofcom compliance, emergency call access and number management. Those are real operating costs that sit against your margin every month, whether you sell one seat or a thousand.
If what you actually want is voice revenue from a customer base you already serve, without becoming a phone company, the authorised partner route does that with none of the overhead. BT carries the platform, the billing, the support and the compliance. You carry the relationship, and you are paid for it on install rather than in fractions over five years.
Who the programme suits
MSPs, IT consultants, telecoms providers moving customer bases off PSTN, and telemarketing agencies and brokers who sell well and want BT to own everything after the signature.
MSPs and IT support companies who already own the customer relationship and want a voice line on the invoice without running a voice platform.
IT consultants who specify and recommend, and want to be paid for the introduction rather than watching the deal go direct.
Telecoms providers and phone system dealers moving customer bases off PSTN, who need a hosted destination for those migrations without wholesale minimum spend commitments.
Telemarketing agencies and brokers who sell well and want BT to own everything after the signature.
The commercial structure
Commission is paid upfront on install, across the sales order value, on 36 and 60 month contracts. There is no minimum spend, there are no sales targets, and there is no joining fee.
The programme runs on the dealer model with a deliberately short list of terms. New business, upgrades and re-signs are all in scope, so an existing customer base is addressable from day one. BT owns the contract, billing, provisioning and ongoing support throughout. The rate card is provided in writing at application, so you see the exact commercial terms before you commit to anything.
Should a UK MSP resell hosted VoIP?
A UK MSP with 40 customers, no provisioning capability, happy to sell under the provider brand, aiming for first revenue this quarter: the authorised carrier route fits best. White label routes become the right fit if you later build billing and a support desk.

The route Netify operates, recommended first
Start with the authorised BT route
BT Cloud Voice via Netify, under the Netify BT Reseller Programme (BT Authorised Partner route).
For a UK MSP or IT consultancy that wants hosted voice revenue without building billing, provisioning or a support desk, the authorised BT route is the fastest credible start: BT owns the contract and the operations, you keep the customer relationship, and commission arrives upfront on install. Typical onboarding is two to three weeks to a live reseller code, with no minimum spend, no sales targets and no joining fees, and the seven eligibility gates are published.
BT Cloud Voice and Cloud Voice Express hosted seats, under the same single BT agreement as business broadband, BTnet and managed SD-WAN.
The published year-one band for new BT Cloud Voice seats is 20.1% to 22.4% of first-year charges, paid upfront on install.
Earns about £5,000 to £5,500 upfront on install.
UK registered Ltd company plus seven published eligibility gates; no minimum spend, no sales targets, no joining fees; typically two to three weeks to a live reseller code. Commission bands are published as ranges; the exact rate card arrives in writing at application. Not a white label route, and this page says so plainly.
Netify operates this route and earns commission on it. The other programmes on this page are listed neutrally and Netify has no commercial relationship with them.

Three routes into hosted voice
White label platforms
You sell hosted voice under your own brand on someone else’s platform: your name on the bill, your billing engine, your support desk answering. BT Wholesale, Giacom’s Cloud Market and platform vendors such as Dstny’s CallSwitch One document this route for UK resellers. The margin is yours to set, and so are the billing, compliance and support obligations that come with it.
Vendor partner programmes
You join a UCaaS vendor’s channel programme and sell its branded service: Gamma’s Horizon through its channel partners, Wildix’s channel-only MSP model, 3CX’s tiered partner programme, RingCentral Reach and the 8x8 channel programme. Tracks vary from full resale with your billing to agent-style introductions, and tiers reward accreditation and volume.
The authorised carrier route
You resell a carrier’s hosted voice service under the carrier’s own contract. This is the route Netify operates for BT Cloud Voice: BT owns the contract, billing, provisioning, number porting and support; you own the customer relationship and earn commission upfront on install. The fastest way in if you do not want to build billing or a support desk.

How much can VoIP resellers earn?
It depends on the route. White label resellers set their own pricing and keep the margin, and also carry the billing, support and compliance costs that produce it. Vendor programmes pay licence margin or commission by tier. On the authorised BT route through Netify, commission is paid upfront on install with nothing to build first. The published year-one band for new BT Cloud Voice seats is 20.1% to 22.4% of first-year charges, and the exact rate card arrives in writing at application (netify.co.uk/bt-reseller-programme/).
When the Netify route is not the right answer
- You want your own brand on the bill: the BT route is not white label, so look at BT Wholesale Hosted Communications, Giacom’s Cloud Market or a platform such as CallSwitch One.
- You want to build platform margin: white label routes let you set your own pricing and keep the difference, at the cost of running billing and support yourself.
- Your customers are mainly outside the UK: the BT route is UK-focused; global UCaaS vendors such as RingCentral, 8x8 and Wildix fit international bases better.
- You want to run the platform: 3CX and self-hosted software PBX routes give an IT company full technical control the managed routes do not.
What you can resell
BT Cloud Voice
BT Cloud Voice is BT’s cloud hosted business phone system, priced per user per month across three feature packs with a call plan charged separately. On a 60 month term, April 2026 list prices are £10.52 for Basic, £13.74 for Connect and £20.09 for Collaborate, with the UK Unlimited call plan at £10.47 per user per month. Connect and Collaborate include the Cisco Webex suite for video meetings. The service scales from 5 to more than 250 users, contracts run 36 or 60 months, support is UK based, number porting typically completes within around four hours on cutover day, and Yealink and Poly handsets can be supplied free on qualifying deals.
BT Cloud Voice Express
Cloud Voice Express is a separate product rather than a cut down tier of Cloud Voice. It is a digital phone line for small sites, bundled with BT SOGEA or FTTP fibre broadband only, supporting up to four lines per site. The customer keeps their existing number for life over IP, the service ships self install, and call plans are pay as you go or UK Unlimited. Additional line rental starts from around £8 per month, the UK Unlimited package from around £12 per month, with a £30 per line connection charge, as reviewed 1 June 2026. It suits simple sites converting from a PSTN line; once a site needs hunt groups, more than four lines or Webex, the answer is full Cloud Voice.
BTnet with Cloud Voice: the cross sell
The natural attach for voice deals is connectivity, and the two are designed to be sold together. Cloud Voice is delivered over BT broadband or a BTnet leased line, both sit on one BT bill, and the £100 Cloud Voice connection charge for new customers is often waived when it is taken alongside a new BTnet or BT fibre order. For a customer base moving off PSTN, the line and the phone system are one conversation, and the programme pays commission on both sides of it.
Prices on this page are BT list prices as published on Netify: BT Cloud Voice from the April 2026 price book on a 60 month term, and Cloud Voice Express as reviewed 1 June 2026. Partner discounts on customer deals are applied through BT’s internal calculator and confirmed in writing.

Frequently asked questions
How do I become a VoIP reseller in the UK?
Choose your route first. If you need your own brand on the bill, you need a wholesale white label platform and the operational overhead that comes with it. If you want voice revenue without running a phone company, apply to an authorised partner programme. Through Netify, a BT Authorised Partner since 2012, you sell BT Cloud Voice and Cloud Voice Express under the dealer model, BT handles billing and support, and commission is paid upfront on install. The rate card arrives in writing at application.
What is a white label VoIP reseller, and do I need to be one?
A white label VoIP reseller buys wholesale voice services and sells them under its own brand, with its own billing, its own pricing and its own support desk. You need to be one only if brand ownership and margin control are the point of your business. For most MSPs, IT firms and brokers, the overhead of billing, collections, support staffing and Ofcom compliance outweighs the margin, and the commission route through an authorised partner earns from the same customers with none of it. This programme is the second route, not the first, and says so plainly.
Which supplier offers voice services for telecoms resellers?
Netify, a BT Authorised Partner since 2012 and BT Cloud Voice Partner of the Year for FY 2025/26, offers BT voice services to telecoms resellers under the dealer model. The portfolio covers BT Cloud Voice, the full hosted phone system for 5 to more than 250 users, Cloud Voice Express for small sites of up to four lines, and the BTnet leased line cross sell that voice deals naturally attach to. There is no minimum spend, no target and no joining fee, which is the practical difference from wholesale routes that expect volume commitments.
What VoIP products can I resell without my own billing platform?
Under the dealer model, all of them on this page. BT Cloud Voice on the Basic, Connect and Collaborate packs, Cloud Voice Express bundled with SOGEA or FTTP fibre, and BTnet leased lines alongside. BT owns the contract, the bill and the support desk in every case, so no billing platform, provisioning stack or voice support team is required on your side. Your role is the introduction and the sale, and your existing customers stay yours commercially for renewals, upgrades and new business.
How do VoIP resellers make money?
Two ways, depending on route. White label resellers make margin, the difference between wholesale cost and their retail price, and pay for billing, support and compliance out of it. Authorised partner resellers earn commission instead. On this programme it is paid upfront on install, across the sales order value, on 36 and 60 month contracts, covering new business, upgrades and re-signs. There is nothing to join, no spend to commit to, and the rate card is provided in writing when you apply, so the economics are visible before you start.
