Who is Netify and what is the BT SASE reseller programme?

Netify Group Limited is a UK-registered managed network security reseller and a BT Authorised Partner. Netify resells BT SASE delivered on the Cisco Meraki and Fortinet platforms, including BT Managed Next Generation Firewall on Fortinet FortiGate, BTnet Security on Cisco Meraki MX, BT Managed Fortinet SD-WAN and BT Managed Meraki SD-WAN.

Headquartered in Norfolk, England. Company No. 07087612. Authorised Partner of BT since 2012. The Netify reseller programme covers BT Managed Next Generation Firewall, Managed EDR, Complete Cloud Secure, Managed DDoS Protection, Security Awareness Training and endpoint protection. 21 per cent of total contract value paid on install across 36 and 60 month contracts.

What does the programme let you sell?

Two integrated SASE platforms under one programme: BT SASE on Fortinet for enterprise branch deployments and BT SASE on Cisco Meraki for SMB and mid-market estates. Plus BTnet leased line connectivity underneath every deployment and adjacent BT services (BT Cloud Voice, BT Business Broadband).

BT Managed Next Generation Firewall on Fortinet FortiGate. A fully managed enterprise firewall service from BT Business. BTnet Security on Cisco Meraki MX. Integrated unified threat management bundled with BT Managed Meraki SD-WAN, including Sourcefire SNORT intrusion prevention, Webroot BrightCloud content filtering and Cisco Advanced Malware Protection.

BT Managed Fortinet SD-WAN. Application-aware SD-WAN with embedded Fortinet security capabilities, including FortiGuard threat intelligence and next generation firewall. BT Managed Meraki SD-WAN. Cloud-managed SD-WAN with BTnet Security available as standard. BTnet leased line connectivity underpins every SASE deployment.

What do you need to join?

A UK-registered limited company, limited liability partnership or sole trader, with an existing UK B2B customer base in IT services, telecoms, security or connectivity, or a credible plan to introduce one. No prior BT, Cisco or Fortinet partner relationship required. No vendor certifications. No infrastructure investment. No joining fees and no minimum sales commitments.

Constraints to be aware of. BT owns the customer service contract, billing and ongoing support. The reseller is the commercial relationship holder for renewals, upgrades and additional sites. Application process applies. Standard KYC and AML checks form part of onboarding. Commission is paid on install of the service, not on signature and not on cash collection. Netify returns within two working days of application with next steps, a commercial pack and an onboarding plan.

How do the commercials work?

21 per cent commission paid on install, calculated across sales order value across 36 and 60 month contracts. No joining fee, no minimum spend, no minimum sales target. New business, upgrades and re-signs are all eligible for commission. BT designs, delivers, bills and supports every service sold through the programme.

The dealer and commission model removes the operating-cost overhead of building security infrastructure or holding direct vendor relationships. You introduce, BT delivers. Pre-sales support, solution-design input and sector-specific buying knowledge are available through Netify as part of the programme. SASE rides on BTnet leased lines with 1:1 contention, symmetrical speeds up to 10 Gbps, a 5-hour target fix and UK latency under 20 milliseconds.

Meraki or Fortinet on BT, how do you choose?

Cisco Meraki suits SMB and mid-market with simpler WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi estates, campus or retail environments. Fortinet suits mid-market and enterprise branch deployments and multi-cloud connectivity. The same 21 per cent commission applies on either platform, on 36 and 60 month contracts.

On Meraki, security is bundled with BT Managed Meraki SD-WAN as standard, with opt-out available. The stack is BTnet Security: Layer 7 application-based NGFW, Sourcefire SNORT IPS, Webroot BrightCloud content filtering and Cisco AMP anti-malware. Underlying connectivity is BTnet Ethernet Fibre or BTnet Express, with BTnet Wi-Fi optional.

On Fortinet, security is sold either as a dedicated managed firewall (BT Managed NGFW) or embedded in BT Managed Fortinet SD-WAN. The stack is NGFW with FortiGuard threat intelligence, intrusion prevention, application identification and control, identity awareness, SSL and TLS inspection, anti-bot and threat emulation. Underlying connectivity is BTnet Ethernet Fibre or BTnet Express.

What does eligibility and onboarding look like?
